This is a series of notes by Teresa Woolson of the Victor Orlando Woolson Foundation, Inc. (VOW Foundation).
July 2022
July is a tough month for me, it's Victor's birthday month. He would have turned 29 on July 19th. WOW! He is forever 19 in my heart. Victor died almost 10 years ago from synthetic drugs in Oswego County. This is why I formed the VOW Foundation in 2013 and volunteer on several Boards and Coalitions. Oswego County is my home. I was born, raised, and spent my career in economic development here. To celebrate Victor's Heavenly Birthday, family gathered for dinner and Oreo Ice Cream Cake.
