L-R: NYS Assemblyman Will Barclay and Teresa Woolson (President of VOW Foundation)
“I’m pleased to be a part of the Substance Awareness Family Education fair. Teresa Woolson has become an advocate for all to take an active part in educating themselves about substance abuse. I’m hopeful that this fair will reach more families to inform them about being safe. With her help, I’m also advocating in Albany to strengthen our state laws against synthetic drugs through legislation,” said Barclay.
Assemblyman Barclay joins Farnham Family Services, Pathfinder Bank, EJ Construction, Longhouse Construction Group, LLC, Oswego City-County Youth Bureau and the NYS Office of Children and Family Services, Carolyn Rush and Jennifer O’Reilly in ensuring that the VOW Foundation’s message reaches all those in attendance.
